SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to our Shipping Policy. We prioritize your satisfaction with our naturally crafted products. We offer eco-friendly packaging and a standard shipping with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Our standard shipping is 3-5 working days. If you require your products delivered in a shorter time frame please contact us directly on T: 07719 855 725. We will endeavour to meet your shipping needs when possible. Our standard shipping rate is £4.50 and free on orders over £50.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We really want you to love your products and are always on hand to help and advise, so that you chose the best product for your skin. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on personal care / skincare products for hygiene reasons, these products cannot be resold. However no personal care items can be returned for refund within 14 days of purchase as long as they are unopened, unused and in original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the postage costs of returning products and refunds will not be issued until the product has arrived with us and deemed to be in the same condition as originally sold.
